A short note, because there is not much to say. Four form fields, delivered as an email, used to answer your cabinet enquiry and nothing else.
What this site collects
The quote form on this site collects four things: your name, a phone number, a property location and the service you are asking about. Nothing else is requested and nothing else is stored.
Those four fields are delivered straight to an email inbox by a third-party form relay. They are not written into a database on this site, because this site is a set of static files with no database behind it.
What this site does not do
There are no advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, no social media embeds and no cross-site cookies on any page here. If your browser blocks trackers, it will find nothing on this site to block.
Your details are never sold, rented, swapped or added to a marketing list. There is no newsletter. The only use of a phone number or an address is to contact you about the cabinet enquiry you sent.
The only third-party embed anywhere on the site is a Google Maps frame showing the Huntington Beach service area. Google sets its own cookies inside that frame under its own policy, and we have no access to anything it collects.
How long anything is kept
Enquiry emails are kept while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to it. Ask and they get deleted.
If you want your details removed, say so in a reply to any message from us and it is done. No form, no account, no waiting period.
Children
This site is aimed at homeowners and is not directed at children. Nothing here is designed to collect information from anybody under 13.
Your California privacy rights
California residents have rights over personal information held about them, including the right to know what is held, the right to have it deleted and the right not to have it sold. We do not sell personal information to anybody, for any purpose, at any price.
To exercise any of those rights, reply to any message from us and say what you want. There is no verification hoop beyond confirming you are the person who sent the enquiry.
Changes to this note
If this note changes, the changed version replaces this one on this page. There is no version history to consult, because the site is small enough that the current text is the whole policy.
